amazing food helpful staff pleasant experience
The food was AMAZING!!! The staff welcomed all guests and quickly resolved any issues. The hotel facilities were good. I really appreciated the head chef working hard to.
I noticed that the gym equipment could benefit from regular maintenance.

underwhelming stay, sadly
worn furniture spotty service
the location was acceptable with easy access to local attractions.
The room was not great. There were stains on the carpet and the furniture looked very worn. also, the service was spotty. Some staff members were unhelpful, especially at the front desk. i was hoping for a more attentive experience, but it fell short of expectations.

i found the staff helpful, especially at guest relations (special thanks to them!). the bar facilities by the lobby and pool were also noteworthy. the food selection had a good variety. my family enjoyed the activities offered here. overall, it was a great experience.
the rooms had a slightly outdated style. this is a minor point (but worth mentioning).

our family room offered a good side view of the sea, also it provided ample space for our family. i noted that the room included well kept amenities. daily housekeeping kept the space very tidy.

mediterranean sea lobby bar access entertainment show misleading gym restaurant service communication barrier
i found the location excellent facing the mediterranean sea the beach was only 50 meters from the hotel exit gate the ultra all inclusive package covered all meals it also meant unlimited access to the lobby bar 24/7 i really enjoyed the food court patisserie and snack bar access from 11 am to 6 pm. everyday entertainment shows from 930 pm were excellent i thought. the hotel had activities all day including yoga and exercise in the pool
the gym hours were misleading the gym opening was advertised at 8 am but this was not true the hours were unreliable it made it difficult to maintain a routine communication was a real challenge even at reception it was difficult to be understood simple requests were frustrating. the waitstaff were inattentive and unmotivated i felt. tables remained uncleared ordering a simple drink was like a chore i hate that
